Saint Andrew's Hall offers a well-rounded selection of beer, spirits, Non-Alcoholic options, and snacks. We do not serve food, but there are many restaurants nearby. If you have a more adventurous beverage palate, visit our VIP Lounge for an expanded list of options.

Saint Andrew's Hall does not own or operate parking but there are several garages and surface lots within one to two blocks of the venue.

- Large purses/bags/backpacks/drawstring bags
- Weapons of any kind (mini pepper spray/knives/fireworks)
- Firearms (including off duty law enforcement and CPL holders)
- Any unsealed liquid or gels

Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12") or small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5") are permitted.
Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email saintandrewshallboxoffice@livenation.com to see if it has been turned in. You can also check the items that we have found at the venue here. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

Saint Andrew's Hall and The Shelter are completely non-smoking venues. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.
Saint Andrew’s Hall has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.
Most events only offer General Admission standing and seating, which are first-come, first-serve. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.

The box office is open 60 minutes before the listed door time on show days at Saint Andrew's Hall, and 30 minutes before the listed door time on show days at The Shelter.

All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children. You can also grab a set of ear plugs at the Box Office window.
Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.
Our box office is open 1 hour prior to doors for all Saint Andrew's Hall shows and 30 mins prior to all shows in The Shelter.
Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.
Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed once funds are received from the event organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If you purchased tickets at the box office, please email us at saintandrewshallboxoffice@livenation.com.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.

Call our box office (313) 230-2436 in advance, and let us know the date of the show you are attending. Arrive the day of the show and notify us of your arrival by calling our ADA coordinator at 313-230-2434. If your call goes unanswered, please call (313) 961-8961 or head directly to the front of the line and our Guest Services team will assist you into the venue.
At this time our team will escort you to the ADA section located on the right side of the main floor. The ADA section is adjacent to a full bar, and restrooms are available in the main lobby. If you need assistance at any time, there is a Guest Services team member assigned to the ADA section that can help you with anything you might need.
